Between 1992-2002 I was cross-country racing with the Boonchu Bicycle Group based in Mae Sot, Tak Province Thailand.

From 2002-2006 I joined the Darwin Cycling Club in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia and switched to road racing.

I competed in the N.T. Top End Tour held on a yearly basis, Alice Springs Masters Games, Arafura Games in Darwin, Australasian Masters Games in Adelaide, and the Alice Springs 5-day Mountain Bike Race. During this period , I had a great cycling partner in my friend, Adam Korab.
